Green Home Experts created a successful pilot program, Savings for Income Eligible Seniors (SIES), through the ComEd Emerging Technologies Initiative. This program provided eligible senior customers with the installation of free energy efficiency products in their homes; with the goal of saving them money on their energy bills. GHE’s technicians received high accolades for providing exceptional customer service to these customers. Our skilled technicians educated customers on the program, product offerings and use of the products. Our technicians experienced notably high install rates for smart thermostats because they were able to address customers’ concerns before installing them.
